I've taken out a second line and everything arrived today. I've tried using the activate sim link but it just takes me back to my sky mobile page. It's not showing against my account even though it was purchased using my sky I'd. Any ideas how I go about activating this as no online solutions appear to work

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Thanks. I was hoping I wouldn't have to make a call a I can only do it on my brakes so will have to wait until my day off next week as I can't phone then hang up halfway through.

Yes i was logged into my existing sky account when it was ordered. Still struggling to get through to anyone to get it sorted
