Sim activate

hi peeps I've just received my new sim and I'm trying to activate it but it's saying input pac code confused .com

Did you just select the activate option as you shouldn't need to enter a pac code, if you did then you will have to contact Sky about this, either by calling them via another phone or by using social media as there are links to their sites at the bottom of this page.
