Sim Only Expired today

 

My sim only plan expired today I want a new one not the default charge of £27.

Hi @Frank73  sim plans don't expire, they continue monthly until you cancel. You aren't talking to sky CS here, call sky on 150 to see if they can help.

It is more likely that your discount has ended not the sim as these do not expire.

 

I can order a new sim from Sky but you will not be able to directly transfer the number to it without moving to a PAY network first then back to the new Sky sim.
