Sim Activation

I have just received my new sim card but when I try to activate i get this message:

The details entered do not match those we have on record. Please provide us with the details used at time of purchase.

 

I have entered my deatils in many different ways but none appear to be correct.

 

Please help.

I'm afraid not as escalations are currently not available as Sky are awaiting on a 3rd party to fix an issue with them.

You will have to find a way to contact Sky about this if you are using the same details that you used when placing the order. If you have another phone with a Sky sim in it then 150 is the number to call them on otherwise their social media sites links are at the bottom of this page.

Thank you for your reply.

 

I cannot call because I do not have a working sim card. The live chat wasn't any help either.

 

Searching through the forums I noticed quite a few posts mentioning the same issue.


Could you please, on my behalf,  escalate this post to an employee?

You have to call sky unfortunately. As far as I know, that's the only way.

 

No other method worked for me
