Hi,
I have a SIM card to activate but when I go through the steps I cannot see the mobile to activate. I think maybe I am outside of the 31 days quoted in the sim pack.
Do I have to re-sign up for this sim? It was part of my iPad order so I don't want to pay twice.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you haven't activated the sim within 30 days then it will have been cancelled so you would need to order a new one by selecting a data package from here:
