My services ( texts and calls & mobile data) aren't working and it's not a billing issue, nor a service coverage issue in my area, I'm not sure why but I can't make calls and my data won't work.
Is your phone showing as connected to the Sky network on the home screen or does it say something like no service ?

Does 4G work for you, have you tried rebooting your phone ?
