Service not acceptable cancel contract
Phone service has been terrible since switching to sky. It is not just where i live but numerous locations throughout UK where no service ( and almost non existent in Europe). Can I cancel as breach of contract or at very least cancel sim contract (to go to another provider) but keep paying phone contract

If you have been paying for the sim for 13 months or less then you are free to cancel it via Sky or transfer the number to a different network. If less than 12 months then you would need to call Sky to see what they say and if tney agree you can cancel early they might ask you to pay the remaining months off on tje sim.
150 is the number to call Sky on and when you do stay silent when asked anything by the bot.
