Service Restricted In Error

My mobile services have been restricted in error- I have an ongoing, active, formal complaint with Sky about the bill they attempted to take, but theyve just automatically restricted my mobile services, and when I go through to 150, they just keep asking for different amounts of money from me.

I don't need to pay anything. Sky shouldn't have restricted my services. So I just need that removed.

Im in the middle of a safeguarding situation with a child, I need to be able to make calls, urgently.

Someone I spoke to yesterday promised he was removing it. It wasn't removed.

Someone else said it was manager-level authority, so he had to wait for them to come in, in 4-6 hours, then they would do it. It still wasn't done.

I'm not able to access live chat, and there's no longer anyone monitoring Twitter or Facebook.
