Serious disconnect

My system has once again been closed I've paid the. Bill after trying 4 times to set

up D. D.  Both myself and my wife are attending serious hospital appointments and need very important contact with oncology departments my phone is Off service

Hi @Josfish47  once your direct debit has been set up and your payment has cleared Skys account then your service will be restored. If you are more than 2 weeks late in paying then you may also have to pay the next bill too. If you have missed two months payments then Sky can cancel your contract and demand payment in full for the contract.

Are you saying your phone had been restricted due to a bill not being paid and that now you have paid it was issues are you having setting up your payment method ?
