Hello,
My friend is currently on holiday in Greece and I am still in England. We both have UK numbers and text frequently. I was just wondering if me texting them would be of an extra charge to me whilst they are away (I have unlimited texts as part of my monthly contract- but was unsure if there is an extra fee as they are abroad).
many thanks in advance! (:

Posted by a Sky employee@strawberrycake There would be no additional charge for you.
It's the number type that you are calling / texting that determines the charge, not where that number is located. If they were in Greece, Australia or Brazil it would still be the same cost for you, as it's a UK Mobile number that you're messaging.
