Sending mobile back

I've moved to a new provider and got a new phone through them. My contract has ran out so don't have anything to pay there however I still have 9 months left to pay for my phone on Sky through the credit loan agreement. Can I arrange to return it so I don't have to continue paying for it (or pay it off in one go) or is this not an option?

You can't just send it back.  (Other than for a swap for a new phone, that you don't need...)

You can either:

1. Keeping paying monthly until all payments made (the phone is then yours)

2. Pay off the residual balance (the phone is then yours)

You can use any trade in service that turns phones into cash should you wish.  (1 and 2 above still applies even if you do this - of course, you can use the cash to cover the credit)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Michee1

The credit agreement does have to be paid off so if you call Sky and explain this is what you want to do then they will be able to take the payment.
