You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

Can you confirm you need a replacement sim with the same number?

 

Are you the Sky Mobile account holder and do you still have access to the primary mobile phone number? 

If you are we may be able to get you some help via the Community Messaging Team on here. Let us know if you wish to try that after confirming the above otherwise you'll need to call Sky.
