Scammers

Dear SKY why are you repeatedly charging me for an iPhone 27 pro max 1 tb after it was returned in October 2013?

I have rung you 13 times and provided the tracking number 13 times. You admitted you made a mistake and received the phone but yet you still charge me for a phone in your possession!

I wish I had never seen your company and your service is beyond a joke

Im going to the police, solicitor and financial ombudsman.

people, stay away from this shambles of a company!!!

You may not be aware but you haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

Your post is a bit confusing…

  • There is no iPhone 27. Did you mean iPhone 17?
  • Returning it in October 2013 seems to be a typo too.

Its not a police matter and you need to make a complaint to Sky first before involving anyone else.

This link explains the methods of making a complaint.

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

Sky will then have up to 8 weeks to resolve it or you can then request a deadlock letter.
