Scammed by sky

I was ment to receive a apple macbook and AirPods next gen instead I received in the package printer paper and 2 weekly planners from sky!

@Ash1990  It's unlikely Sky themselves have scammed you.  You will need to call Sky regarding this.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Sky will have to start an investigation in conjunction with DPD which is likely to take a while especially with the holiday period fast approaching.

I've gone through so many channels to get this resolved I even told them I'm pretty shocked at this as I was expecting MacBook and AirPods then when opened I discover printer paper and 2 weekly planners...absolutely crazy

Unfortunately we are seeing more and more incidents like this although your post is the first I've seen with paper being sent. Not a lot you can do after you've reported it to Sky other than wait.
