Re: Scam phone
If you are an EE customer then it is EE you need to speak to about this as the chances are someone has gained access to your EE account details and have ordered the phone via it.

Re: Scam phone
Did the caller/scammer say they were from Sky & then offered you a discount or did they say they were from EE/another cellular provider & give the same spiel?
If Sky then you'd need to contact them, if EE then you should get in contact with EE, same for any other - you'd need to contact the specific provider for instructions.
Did they ask for email & password? If they did & you do not have a Sky account then they may have either set one up in your name &/or tried signing in to various cellular providers until they found the correct one (EE) so you might need to change the password for your EE account as well.
I don’t work for Sky.
If I have helped then please leave a like.
