Scam order device

Has anyone had emails come through saying device ordered bit you didn't order it. So now I have an ipad coming no contract email either. Rang sky twice they useless opened a case closed it the same minute. Rang again saying opened a case again no such thing. No help at all. Telling me to either decline the Parcel or return it once Rang them. I won't be over £2000 for a ipad I didn't order. Sounds so dodgy

And don't respond to any calls that say they are from Sky or emails that say the same as the chances are they are from scammers.
