What phone did you order as some Samsung promotions you have to put in a claim while others are sent automatically after 45 days after you have received your device.

If you didn't put in your claim then you will not be sent the watch.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase and up until October 6th so you might be to late now if you look at that link.

I did it thru sky app . After that i dont know. Do sky not actually run the offers

No @igbuilder  the offer is a Samsung promotion. If you didn't put the claim in to Samsung you won't get the watch. It's always a good idea to read the offer and take a screenshot of the offer page when ordering.

You might have placed the order on the app but it would have told you that you need to get the claim in via that link so it is always worth reading everything shown on the page.
