I have been trying to get the £250 trade in offer as shown in the photo and advertised on the sky website. I clicked the link after receiving my Fold 4 today, and had to input the IMEI number of my old iPhone 6s that I wanted to trade in. The Samsung website said the IMEI I had inputted related to and iPhone XS which was incorrect. I had the option to select the correct phone from a drop-down menu but an iPhone 6s wasn't one of the options. I had to select any other iPhone and was offered £1! As the offer said any smartphone any condition I wasn't pleased. I spoke to Sky who said to contact Samsung as it was their promotion. I spoke to Samsung via live chat and they were worse than useless, telling me to speak to Sky and it wasn't their problem. Has anyone had any success/experience with this and knows who to speak to to resolve this? Thanks!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI know you are being passed between the two but if your phone is wrongly being identified by the Samsung website then it is them that you will need to contact.

Thank you-I will go back to Samsung-it was like banging my head against a brick wall with them earlier! I doubled checked the IMEI on the internet and it came back correctly as an iPhone 6s so the issue is definitely with the Samsung website.
