STUCK WITH NO DATA

Hi, I’m currently abroad and my mobile roaming has stopped working. It looks like my spend cap triggered when I briefly connected in Monaco, which I now realise isn’t part of Passport Plus. I’ve since removed and reset my spend cap, but my phone’s still blocked for roaming even though I’m now back in France. Can you please manually reset my roaming permissions and reinstate Passport Plus?

 

My account should show that I’m in France now — I just need the spend cap restriction lifted so I can use data and calls again.
I'm trying to use maps to navigate but have no service. I've had to stop to use WiFi. Please help.

Hi @Jade2506  you aren't talking to sky CS here so no one can reset anything for you. I have seen others in your situation pay a small amount (£10) to wards their bill, this has then reset the account and roaming started working again. Maybe worth a try if nothing else is working.
