SOS in USA after 3 days working normally
After using calls, mobile data and Google maps for 3 days I suddenly got SOS call status only when I arrived in San Francisco. I have a week and a half left so it's really awkward. Skys other advise is to call their 0333 number which is not possible with SOS status. Any help appreciated

Re: SOS in USA after 3 days working normally
It doesn't for me so it suggests this:
Turn your phone off/on.
See if you can connect to other networks.
Is your spend cap set at £0 or to low ?
- Go to your My Sky (sky.com/networksettings) account online and sign in.
- Select the SIM you're having trouble with.
- Scroll to the bottom of the 'Plan and data settings' page and select Request network settings.
We'll send a notification to your phone or tablet with instructions on what to do next. It might take 5 minutes to come through.
