SKY SAYING I HAVENT GOT A CONTRACT WITH THEM. I lost my phone and new a replacement SIM card!

I lost my phone at weekend, which is with sky, I've logged into the app where it clearly shows I have it with sky. I have taken ANOTHER contract out with sky which is due to be delivered today. I need a replacement sim so I can have the same number and the call handler was very rude and put the phone down TWICE! Please help me sky!

When you phoned Sky to report your phone as lost did they not block that device and send you a replacement sim or is this when you were told you are not a customer of theirs ?
