SKY Mobile is Fraud, I need replacement device or refund.

I suppose to deliver my package on Friday 14th February 2025 via DPD but they missed my delivery and transfer to Monday without any reason. When i received my package on Monday 17th February 2025 it was looks tempered driver just give to my hand other way so I can't se the box is broken from other side. Then i take it inside and check all the tempered marks on Both side the opening from 1 side is doubtful. I leave my parcel at safe place in my cupboard then i comeback from home and make a unboxing video of doubtful parcel then i saw my device is missing and 1 extra watch is missing. I got shocked when i see 1 watch and 1 water bottle from the SKY mobile delivery.

    Now they are not giving me reply of email not answering calls, my call is automatically cut after verifying my details.
