SIM problems
I've had my phone a while my SIM card is fully activated and has been fine until the past couple of days it keeps cutting off and saying no SIM

Does any mast issues show here for you:
https://www.sky.com/help/servicestatus/your-services/mobile
If not then if you can call Sky on 150 as they might want to send you a replacement sim to try incase the one you have has developed a fault.
