SIM not arrived yet

Order was placed 2 weeks ago... The staff said the sim will be delivered in 2 working days but still no updates.

Assuming the address is correct on your account I would try ordering it again by selecting the apln for it:

Should you end up with two then make sure you only activate one of them so the other is cancelled.
