SIM failure

I changed over to Sky months ago and since then I have started having this issue, this is the second time. The first time I took out the SIM and then put it back in again...however this time, that doesn't appear to be working.

Really frustrating as cannot use internet or make calls when I am out of the house and next week am travelling so need this issue resolved asap

Hi @EMCQU  give sky a call and ask for a replacement sim, can't be ordered here. If you can't call then try the social media links at the bottom of this page.
