SIM card

I have a SIM card with sky mobile and I wanted to change my plan for a better price.Sky sent me a new SIM that I don't want.i have not activated the new SIM.Do I have to send it back?

Hi @Kenthom  no you don't, just don't activate it. Any offers for your current sim will be in your account, any other offers (as you have found) will come with a new sim and new number.

I suspect you ordered an additional data plan - which requires a new SIM and would have a new phone number.

 

Simply change your data plan from the available options for your current SIM.  However, you won't get the same deal as ordering an additonal plan...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
