Try removing the sim & reinserting or accessing your account & sending the network settings to the phone or resetting the network on the phone. If all these fail then check the sim in another phone &/or another sim in your current phone. If the problem remains with a different sim then it is the phone, if it remains on the other device then it is the sim.
