SIM card stopped working

3 weeks ago my SIM card stopped working. Requested new sim and activated, but no signal or service. Various phone calls and another sim sent but same problem. Tried esims everything possible but nothing. Now at the end of my tether after multiple phone calls, multiple promises of returned phone calls that never happen. Just off the phone yet again with yet more escalations and promises of a return call in 72 hrs. It's the worst service ever. Anyone else had the same issue but got it resolved?
