I can't call out or text and use the data on my sim card

neither is mine, got an upgrade and and I can not get the sim working. Trying to speak to someone at Sky about this has been like pulling teeth

I've worked out it's not the sim it's the phone 

 

the phone was purchased from sky in August 2024 with data package

in October  2025 less than 2 months in the "sim not available" message appeared. Hours of phone calls with sky then apple resulted in wiping the phone and eventually it started working,

12 months on almost exactly / the same issue - sim not available - sim works in husbands phone, his sim does not work in mine.

phone now out of warranty. Cannot afford to be without a phone. 

sky solution for me to pay to swap phone, Pay back half of my credit agreement balance and more monthly for iPhone 16,

nit happy, not acceptable - I want a new phone or cancellation of the whole contract and I walk away not owing anything ...
