SIM card not recieved

Hello, 

I requested a sky mobile SIM card on January 16th and I have not yet recieved it. 
can you give me an update please?

As we are customers here we can not say for sure what has happened so how did you request this sim cared, online or by calling Sky ?

 

If your device supports it, you could order yourself an esim to use instead.
