SIM card not delivered

I have 3 sim accounts. I contacted sky last week who were sending a new sim out but I have yet to receive one

Hi @Claires18  they are sent by Royal Mail so probably delayed with the bank holidays. If you haven't got them after a week you could order some more but if more arrive only activate the ones you need.

These are delivered by Royal Mail and while there should take no more than a few days after the Christmas and New Year holidays  they could take a day or two longer.
