SIM card inactive
I transferred my sim over to an eSIM on my new phone. But I've had to delete the new phone and send it back. I've set back up my original handset but now the sim is inactive and I have no service. How can I get this resolved before my next handset arrives and I have a smooth transition to that?
thanks.

Re: SIM card inactive
You will need to contact Sky so they can send you a replacement sim if that one and it's number are still active on your account otherwise they should be able to order you a new one.
