SIM card activation

I’ve got a new SIM card for my tp link m7000 4g lte but my phone contract is with Tesco so how would I activate the SIM card without messing with my existing Tesco SIM card

Hi @Hdeakin  i think you will need to put the SIM card in a phone to activate it so if you don't have a spare you will need to put it in your phone, assuming your phone is unlocked. Once it's done then you will just put your Tesco sim back in and any settings should automatically change back to the Tesco ones.
