SIM card Not registering while Roaming

I have recently transferred my number over to Sky Mobile. However, I work abroad, specifically Saudi Arabia. for the first two weeks everything worked fine. I went away to another country for the weekend and came back to Saudi Arabia. When I got back my Sky SIM card wouldn't register on the network. The Saudi Arabian network tells me my SIM card provider has a problem. I have been in and out of the country since then and when I leave the SIM card works normally but when I return its the same problem. 

I have tried installing an eSIM and the same thing happens. My handset is a Samsung S24 Ultra. 

Sky are absolutely no help as all they do is close the support tiocket and when I complain again the wjhole process begins over again. 

 

Has anyone else experienced this problem and if sho how did you resolve it?

Hi @IC2002  have you checked you haven't reached your monthly spend cap or roaming cap as Saudi Arabia isn't covered by the £2 daily charge so roaming is expensive.
