SIM activation / not showing on my account

Hello,

 

I spoke with someone called Finlay on Friday of last week who advised me that somehow there have been two accounts created for me when I placed my orders, my iPad and sim on the account I can see and access and then the iPhone, watch and second SIM on another one I cannot access.

 

I needed the SIM cards on the same account (so I could share data when needed) so he said that he raised an offer with his CEL to add the sim to the account I have access to. I have still not heard back from him and as of today there is still not another SIM on my account.

 

My phone arrived last Thursday and I am still unable to use it.

 

Can someone please help?

I know they are on different accounts but did you not ask Sky to either activate it or to cancel it. If they cancel it then ask them to order you another but it needs to be on the same account that your iPad is.
