SIM Swap not worked after 3 days

Hi there, I activated my sky SIM on Tuesday, provided my PAC code also, and my number still hasn't been moved across. Every time I call I am told to keep waiting, or I am even shouted at like yesterday. I am regretting becoming a sky mobile customer at present. Does anyone have any advice please? Thank you so much.

The only way to find out what is happening will be by speaking to Sky as only they can see what is happening with it.
