SIM Card not activating

It's been nearly 4 weeks and my SIM card is still not activated, stuck on... 

 

"We're still activating your SIM... This can take some time. We'll let you know when this is done."

 

Can anybody help?

You will need to contact Sky support either by using another phone or via social media and the links at the bottom of this page as they might want to cancel that one and send you another to try.
