I received my phone but I think I have done this wrong It should be an upgrade /new for  I had no option to use my data piggybank

Hi @Eve37  your messages are a bit confusing ?

 

If you are within the 31 day cooling off period then you need to call sky on 150 to arrange the return. Outside of the 31 days and you can't.

It can't be both an upgrade or new so why do you think you have ordered it wrong ?
