Rubbish sky support

I tried for over 3 hours speaking to multiple advisors to cancel one contract on my mobile offering to pay the remainder and they still will not cancel the contract. What do I do? They do not listen to you. They try to fob you off offer you discounts but they cannot beat the offer I am getting from virgin.

@funkymole 

Is this for just a sim, if so have you ordered a virgin sim and then tried to request a pax code from Sky to then move the number to them. If this works you will probably still have to pay an early termination fee.
