Rolled data not stored
I have rolled over at least 10gb of data to my son's phone this week and it is not storing it, we have never had this issue before, any ideas?

Do you mean the 10GB hasn't turned up on his device, if so Sky will need to look into this for you so they can be contacted on 150.

Not sure what has happened, I've checked on my rolled data log and it clearly shows that 16gb has been rolled to his phone but is not showing, he clearly hasn't used all of that. I'll ring 150, thanks for your help
