I have rolled over at least 10gb of data to my son's phone this week and it is not storing it, we have never had this issue before, any ideas?

Not sure what has happened, I've checked on my rolled data log and it clearly shows that 16gb has been rolled to his phone but is not showing, he clearly hasn't used all of that. I'll ring 150, thanks for your help
