Roll data not working

I have not been able to roll data over from my piggybank for over a week now, Sky's advice, "keep trying"!!!!!

There is not much we can suggest here as customers other than we you speak to them again is to ask them to both take a report from you about this and for them to roll the data over for you.

The Sky agent should have been able to move the data for you when you called.

I would call them again tomorrow and if they say they can not then fill in this form to register a complaint:

This might not be a speedy process as Sky actually has up to 8 weeks to resolve your issue or to issue you with a deadlock letter that allows you to take it further.
