Roaming
I rang on Thursday 4th June , I pay changed my mobile settings to roaming as I came abroad on the 11th and leave here on the 19th June but my roaming is still not working

Why did you have to call Sky?
We will be able to advise more when we know which country you're in (a rest of the world location, or a Roaming Plus country).

Then see the link in my first reply and also be aware there is now a limit on data use of 25GB per billing period, after which Sky can charge you an extra £2.50 per GB or even suspend your useage duel to overuse.
