Roaming passport suddenly stopped working

My daughter is on holiday in Florida and her data has suddenly stopped working. It was ok for the first day and she paid for the £2 passport which all worked fine, but the following few days she has been unable to use her data.

Her roaming is switched on, the data is switched on, her spend cap is off, flight mode is off, her phone is VoLTE compatible (and this is turned on).

I've also tried getting her network settings sent to her phone but all she gets is a text message saying "Temporary error. Please try again later. /SkyMobileUK"

I'm not sure what else to check, can anybody suggest anything?

I'm currently in Florida.  I found a couple of times that I had to reboot my phone to get the passport to kick in.  (Connecting fine to AT&T)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Although she doesn't have to, has she set a spend cap because if she has it needs to be set high enough to cover her stay.

The spend cap was set at £50 but then I removed the spend cap completely so it's now unlimited.

Thank you, I have told her to switch her phone off and back on. Hopefully this will work, I'll keep my fingers crossed.
