Roaming charges

Hi there

 

i activated the passport at £2 a day but have discovered I've been charger £98 for calls - please can you advise on this?

What country did you travel to as the £2 charge doesn't apply everywhere.

Hi @EmmaB1601  even if you are in a £2 roaming passport destination local calls are not included, did you make calls to local numbers ?

...or you called a local number which isn't included in the £2 roaming passport.  (They are charged at International call rates)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
