Roaming charges starting an hour early

Hi,

We're currently in Spain and trying to use data as infrequently as possible with the new roaming charges. When we do turn roaming on we have consistently noticed the 24 period start and end an hour earlier than it should. This morning I turned my data on at 10:40 Spain time and 10 mins later received a text from Sky informing me passport plus was active for the next 24 hours, but active from 8:40 UK time. The time difference is 1 hour so surely this should be 9:40 UK time? Why have I lost an hour of roaming from the get go?

Any help from Sky or the community would be great!

Thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Hi @Redorpurple this has popped up a couple of times lately with no resolution, you may need to call sky when you return. Could it be reporting GMT where we are currently in BST?
