Hi ,

I was in the UAE when the conflict started in February.

When I returned home I had an email saying a a a gesture of good will Sky mobile would not be charging their roaming charges

I can't find the email now , and the charges have not been taken off

Has anyone else had that email , or was it fake ?

I'm starting to think that sky made the offer then quickly decided to withdraw it
