Roaming blocked

A while back I posted here about my husband never being able to use his phone while overseas. This had been going on for about 6 years! I finally got someone who said roaming had been turned off at their end but they still never switched it on. Eventually they did, but what a hopeless bunch. It took years, endless time on the phone and all they needed to do was click on something. I hope no one suffers the same levels of inconvenience and incompetence.

I am currently abroad and suddenly roaming has gone off. am left with emergency calls only / No signal serivce. Have tried enormous amount of efforts will all possible options, guides only SKY help, reaching out customer care but absolutely no help. Nothing is working at all.

Please can someone advise if they have similar issues ? any if any suggestions to how to get the roaming work ?
