Roaming Ibiza not working

Hi I have been using roaming for the past few weeks in France and in Spain mainland. I just got to Ibiza and there is no mobile service at all. I've gone through all the steps in the help guide, but literally cannot connect to any network. My husband is on o2 and has no issues connecting to a network and roaming. What's going on? Is it a sky in Ibiza issue?

Unfortunately then @Lm90  if you have tried everything suggested then no one here will be able to help you. Either call sky or use the social media links at the bottom of the page to see if they can offer any help. 

Most customers get it working by following the unable to avctivate roaming passport route.
