Roaming Charges St Lucia

I just had my most recent bill through and it charged me £45 for 5 MINUTES!!! use of roaming data in St Lucia.
Your website states £2.16 per mgb

I have proof showing I was logged into roaming at 20:57 (uk time) and by 21:02 I had exceeded the £45 limit.
Please can you refund me asap.

And the works out as £2.16 per GB, so in them few minutes just how much data did you use ?

Btw, we are customers here who help each other so you are not talking to Sky support.

I suspect your device used that 20Mb.  (And thus the charge is correct)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@KatyRutterford Why do you think you are entitled to a refund? You have admitted using roaming for which you have been correctly charged.

Fortunately for you the spending cap did exactly what it's supposed to do.

At £2.16 per megabyte you'd hit the cap after just under 21 megabytes of consumption, which at average 4G speed could easily be consumed in a few minutes of normal background tasks, let alone active internet use: a megabyte is a really small amount of data.

21 megabytes is, for example, a single short low resolution YouTube video or less than half an album on Spotify.
