Roam activation

Delayed activation of my roaming. Network configuration refresh took a number of hours to resolve. I Paid for an eSIM service. I would like a refund of roaming charge. Thanks. Marcus

As we are customers here we can't refund anything so if you are back in the UK then call Sky on 150 to see what they say.
